Piggy Cosplaying 1: Sapphire

I'm trying to do a series of drawing Piggy as different cartoon/video game characters she's like, and my first was Sapphire. She's the Laughy Sapphy to my friend's Eternal Flame Baby. uwu
(Her horn is hidden under the massive bangs, she hasn't lost them yet.)
